REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Advertisers, Exhibitors, and Sponsors:

At Conference Registration, you will be asked to enter your email address, name, and contact information, as well as the names of exhibitor personnel, as appropriate. Next you will make your choice of Advertiser, Exhibitor, or Sponsor package. When you select one of these options, an additional menu of items relevant to your package will appear. You may select as many packages as you desire. Finally, you'll pay with a credit card or by e-check.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION PACKAGE

Note to Exhibitors:

Before beginning the registration process, please be ready with the names, email addresses, and phone numbers  of all  booth personnel .


Exhibitor Package (deadline - September 1, 2025): $600

  • One booth with back and side drapes for 2 days (Friday & Saturday)
  • One skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket and one organization identification sign
  • 2x continental breakfast and 2x lunch tickets each day (Friday & Saturday)
  • Your company logo displayed on the sched.com website and mobile app
  • Two badges for booth personnel (Additional badges for booth personnel/presenters: $100 each)
  • One exhibitor presentation session (45 minutes)
  • Optional participation in Passport to Prizes (see options on the following page).
  • Note: Electricity not included -- you will receive directions regarding purchase after registering.

If you are interested in a double booth, please purchase two single-booth packages.

Please submit your exhibitor session proposal by September 15.


Passport to Prizes (deadline - October 1, 2025) (optional) 

Attendees are eligible to play and win prizes when they visit all participating booths, giving Exhibitors an opportunity to show their products and services. Exhibitors then apply a company stamp or sticker in a Player's passport. Players who collect the stamps of all participating exhibitors may submit their passports to the Exhibitor Coordinator, who will draw submissions to win products and services donated by participating Exhibitors.

Enter to Win a red stampExhibitors who wish to participate must sign up  by October 1  so that your company name will be included in the printed passport. Participation requires the donation of an item or group of items valuing at least $30. Kindly bring a stamp or sticker that identifies your company or organization as distinct from other exhibitors.
