REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Advertisers, Exhibitors, and Sponsors:

At Conference Registration, you will be asked to enter your email address, name, and contact information, as well as the names of exhibitor personnel, as appropriate. Next you will make your choice of Advertiser, Exhibitor, or Sponsor package. When you select one of these options, an additional menu of items relevant to your package will appear. You may select as many packages as you desire. Finally, you'll pay with a credit card or by e-check.

REGISTER

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION PACKAGE

Note to Exhibitors:

Before beginning the registration process, please be ready with the names, email addresses, and phone numbers  of all  booth personnel .

Exhibitor Package (deadline - September 1, 2025): $600

• One booth with back and side drapes for 2 days (Friday & Saturday)
• One skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket and one organization identification sign
• 2x continental breakfast and 2x lunch tickets each day (Friday & Saturday)
• Your company logo displayed on the sched.com website and mobile app
• Two badges for booth personnel (Additional badges for booth personnel/presenters: $100 each)
• One exhibitor presentation session (45 minutes)
• Optional participation in Passport to Prizes (see options on the following page).
• Note: Electricity not included -- you will receive directions regarding purchase after registering.

If you are interested in a double booth, please purchase two single-booth packages.

Please submit your exhibitor session proposal by September 15.

Passport to Prizes (deadline - October 1, 2025) (optional) 

Attendees are eligible to play and win prizes when they visit all participating booths, giving Exhibitors an opportunity to show their products and services. Exhibitors then apply a company stamp or sticker in a Player's passport. Players who collect the stamps of all participating exhibitors may submit their passports to the Exhibitor Coordinator, who will draw submissions to win products and services donated by participating Exhibitors.

Exhibitors who wish to participate must sign up  by October 1  so that your company name will be included in the printed passport. Participation requires the donation of an item or group of items valuing at least $30. Kindly bring a stamp or sticker that identifies your company or organization as distinct from other exhibitors.

SPONSOR REGISTRATION PACKAGES

Seed Sponsor: 

1. Two badges for booth personnel (includes breakfast and lunch, both days)
2. One booth + optional participation in Passport to Prizes 
3. One exhibitor presentation session (45 minutes) if submitted by September 15.
4. Dedicated slide during pre-plenary slideshow
5. One-page conference bag insert
6. Recognition as an Seed Sponsor throughout the event and on the conference website

Impact Sponsor:

1. Two badges for booth personnel (includes breakfast and lunch, both days)
2. One booth (premium location) + optional participation in Passport to Prizes 
3. Two 45-minute Exhibitor Presentations
4. One-page conference bag insert 
5. Dedicated slide during pre-plenary slideshow 
6. Graduate Student Meet & Greet and Novice Teacher Roundtable sponsorship
7. Day 1 Coffee Break sponsorship -- with logo-stamped cups
8. Recognition as Impact sponsor throughout the event

Legacy Sponsor:

1. Two badges for booth personnel (includes breakfast and lunch, both days)
2. Double booth (premium location) + optional participation in Passport to Prizes 
3. Two 45-minute Exhibitor Presentations 
4. Plenary Sponsorship, including company introduction before the talk and featured logo placement 
5. Ice Cream Break Sponsorship - Day 1
6. Day 2 Coffee Break sponsorship with logo-stamped cups
7. One-page conference bag insert 
8. Dedicated slide during all pre-plenary slideshows
9. Brief teaser video to announce Legacy Sponsor on Website and Social Media outlets
10. Product Video featured on our conference website and at the start of plenaries + recognition as the Legacy Sponsor throughout the event

ADVERTISER REGISTRATION PACKAGES

• Conference Bag Sponsor: Your company name and logo emblazoned on Conference Bags carried by all conference-goers ($3500)
• Conference Bag Insert: Company Catalog ($400)
• Conference Bag Insert: Full-page Flyer ($250)
• Conference Bag Insert: Half-page Flyer ($125)
• Conference Bag Insert: Durable Item  ($250)

• Exhibitor conference hours: Friday 10/17 & Saturday 10/18:  8:00 am - 5:00 pm

• Exhibitor breakdown: Saturday 10/18: 5:00-7:00 pm
