Welcoming Newly Arrived High School ELLs

This recently published article sets the stage for creating a truly globalized school community from the physical environment to the educational opportunities in and out of the classroom. Not only do these simple steps support and welcome newly arrived high school English learners, but they also promote understanding, tolerance, and acceptance among all members of the school community.
